L.O.V.E. is coming to Thomas Jefferson High School

Thomas Jefferson High School (TJHS) student Madison Lear is bringing a mental health support group for student athletes, created by Pitt’s Tre Tipton, to TJHS. The organization is called L.O.V.E. – Living Out Victoriously Everyday – and Tipton created it while rehabbing from his 2017 ACL tear. It began as a way to help other Pitt student athletes, but he has branched out and started speaking with high school student athletes as well. Ms. Lear teamed up with Tipton to bring the group to TJHS to help empower students, provide hope and build a strong community network.
